216 Route 17 was purchased by an out of state Investor through a foreclosure sale. Prior to taking title to the property, the Investor hired Accordia as the Asset and Property Manager to reposition the building. Accordia oversaw Due Diligence investigations, put together an all-encompassing business plan which included marketing strategies and major renovations to the structure and systems. Accordia acted as Construction Manager for the renovations which included a new roof, new HVAC system and gut renovation to the office floors and lavatories. In addition, Accordia spearheaded leasing and marketing efforts, and runs the property operations on a daily basis.
The result was immediate leasing activity as well as an offer to purchase by a user group.
