Commercial real estate firm Accordia Realty Ventures recently announced that, as its asset management division grows, it has made the move to hire three new employees, while promoting one to handle the growth of the business.

“We are definitely in a good spot,” Accordia Principal Joe Romano said. “Property upgrades that support our ‘best in class’ philosophy have paid off. Leasing has increased significantly and our management business is booming.”

Accordia promoted Sarah Loudon to senior director of leasing, where she will serve as the point of contact of leasing across the firm’s portfolio. Loudon joined the firm in 2012.

Greg Wovna, who previously worked at CCS, has been hired as director of project services. In his new role, he will be responsible for the construction of the firm’s development. Before working for CCS, Wovna served as vice president of development at Advance Realty.

Arabella Rabbat has been hired as an assistant real estate manager, in charge of overseeing the firm’s industrial and retail space throughout the Northeast corridor.

Accordia has also hired Kathryn Massaro as office manager and assistant real estate manager. In her new role, she will assist property marketing efforts and day-to-day office operations. Massaro is a recent Fairfield University graduate.

“We take great pride in our work and the return on investment we generate for our clients,” Principal Jason Bogart said.

Accordia is currently overseeing capital campaigns and leasing for eight projects totaling 1 million square feet.
