While at Raritan Center, Joe Romano built millions of s.f. of industrial and office space. As Regional Partner for Seltzer Development he built over 1 million s.f. of Class A office buildings including 100 Passaic Ave., Fairfield, NJ which Accordia subsequently purchased, which serves as Accordia’s Headquarters and which won the TOBY award as the top office building in Northern NJ.

At Accordia, the team re-developed the former Net Jets HQ building in Montvale and sold it to Baio Steel for their US headquarters.
