Greg Wovna

Greg Wovna is Accordia’s Vice President of Development, responsible for the planning and construction of all development projects within the company’s portfolio.

As a 25+ year veteran of the real estate industry, Greg brings a vast array of experience and knowledge from initial due diligence through entitlements, contract negotiations, ground-up construction and ultimate project completion. Over the span of his career, Greg has managed projects within the suburban office, build-to-suit, urban redevelopment, industrial/warehouse, commercial retail and residential environments.

Greg has been with Accordia since 2016, although he had worked in the past with Principals Joe Romano and Jason Bogart at a leading development firm in New Jersey. Specifically, where he supervised the construction of that firm’s major development projects, including site design associated with the Red Bull stadium in Harrison.

Greg earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey and an MS in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
