Assistant Real Estate Manager
As the Assistant Real Estate Manager, Arabella acts as a single point of contact for Accordia’s tenants from an operational standpoint, responding to all inquiries and directing service requests to the engineering staff. She assists the Senior Real Estate Manager with day-to-day functions within the Property Management department. Arabella works as a liaison between the portfolio and accounting groups by overseeing portions of the AP and AR processes at the company.
Arabella’s primary responsibilities also include monthly reporting, and performing inspections of the properties along with helping to develop annual operating and capital budgets across Accordia’s entire portfolio. She also interacts regularly with vendors to obtain bids and execute service contracts.
Arabella is comprehensively involved in all acquisitions and dispositions at Accordia. She supports all new projects in regards to due diligence and property transition strategies.
Arabella graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She also holds a Paralegal Certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
